Thanks everyone! I didn't actually uninstall the Rapid storage-thingy, but managed to update more drivers and since then it's worked fine. Again - many thanks for excellent ideas and help. I really needed it! All the best! //H

Thankyou softwaremaniac! However, I've tried - really tried - to update the driver for Rapid storage technology and failed, failed, failed. I feel like a need to be a sysadmin to figure out how to do this. It's just too complicated and nowhere, nowhere, have I been able to find a "how to"...

To be precise: BSOD (DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION) occurs when the laptop is running on battery, on "return" when I open the lid to use it again.

Bad news Hello again. :( Two BSOD:s have occured. Here's the thing (I assume it's relevant): it seems it only happens when my laptop is running on battery, not when connected to a power-outlet? Anyway, here's a new log. Thanks again in advance. //H

Hi! I hope I've managed to gather all necessary information, thanks for supplying this forum. I get DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION BSOD from time to time - it seems mostly to occur when laptop is not connected to a power-cord. Hopefully I'll upload the necessary SF Debug files. Many thanks in advance.
