I've tried updating but this is what I get for a very very long time ^^. It appears this happens when a previous update to 8.1 has been disrupted. So I think I'll just go and send back the laptop to Sony- and they can also fix my headphone port at that too. Thanks guys!

I have 6GB RAM and I use Kapersky. Even uninstalling the anti virus has no effect on the performance. To be honest, I don't want to upgrade to Windows 8.1- I did that once already but did a factory reset due to issues with the laptop- and it set everything back to Windows 8 again.... How do you...

Hi Guys, I've had terrible performance from my Windows 8 laptop, so much so that I cannot watch youtube on one tab whilst using another tab to google search. What happens is a massive blurring of the audio and a slow down and freezing of the laptop. I have good specs on my laptop (6GB am)...
