after trying the start screen customizer (on this thread http://www.eightforums.com/customization/5291-software-my-wcp-start-screen-customizer.html ) i cant access the calendar apps. how to fix it? thank you in advance

This game doesnt run smoothly on win8. on log on screen to the game itself, its so laggy that its not playable at all. how to fixed? maybe installing proper graphics driver?
