Hi, Unfortunately, i do not think the problem lies with the Dune player, as it successfully connects with a windows 7 pc and a whsv1. The issue I believe lies in a windows 8.1 setting I am unfamiliar with, if anyone else has some other idea they will be gratefully received?

Hi, Yes, I have advanced sharing set by default in 8.1, and have made sure permissions are set to everyone for read and write, the folders are still not discoverable. Any other ideas gratefully received, I am hoping I am missing something simple. Sean
