i have done the test and there are no bad sectors on any of my drives

I have a 238GB SAMSUNG SSD 830 Series, i took the power from the HDD and the computer still didnt load for 8 minutes so can i rule out the 2nd internal drive as the problem?

i have just noticed that just before the computer starts up there is a little click a spinning noise , i have a SSD ? Could it be the HDD inside my computer that is causing this 7 min boot time even though the OS is on the SSD? i have a WD internal drive which i use for files , photos mp3 ETC...
