Support at hp forums is not at all adequate.They didnt even replied to the thread created one year ago amd we cant chat with them online also i emailed them a while ago and still didn't got the response till now So yes their support is good at nothing

any idea with OEM keys pre-installed in the my laptop as i too want to clean install windows 8.1 also my os was windows 8 Single Language and i have a 8.1 Pro ISO would that be a problem ???

Yes i had selected the advance mode only And yes i had resetted the BIOS What i think is that i should remove and reinsert the card Is there any utility with which i can check whether both of them are working or not

Yes i downloaded and installed latest bios after that i followed a guide about uninstalling amd and after that i installed 14.4 version as it fully supports win 8 but same thing no option any where And whats that OEM drivers ???

yes bro it does actually have dual graphics here look at the image of device manager it clearly states that i have two graphics

for the dual graphic problem is that i don't see any option to select dynamic or fixed as i didn't have any graphic options in BIOS
