I did what you said and it looks like all the devices are working properly now! I made sure to pick the 8.1 version for everything.. gonna do some testing now and see how it goes! :)

Thank you so much, I'll try this and get back to you.. And yeah you might have guessed it but I did disable them deliberately.. bluetooth because I didn't use it, the other one because I didn't need it. Didn't know that they still ran even though they're disabled..
