    Computer hangs on restart - Driver_power_state_failure

    I have a new surface Pro 2, running Windows 8.1 Most times during a restart the system hangs, followed by BSOD, referencing Driver_power_state_failure. I have not experienced this on a shutdown, only on a restart. Attached are the dump files, driver lists, event logs, etc Can someone help me...
