Hi again, I have just learned vna was my vpn driver and it is necessary for me. So i installed it again. And also i have so many friends that have same computer and same vpn software. They have no problem as mine. Please help me to get rid of that problem.

Thank you chief. I followed your instructions. I updated my mouse,sound card driver. And deleted register key, and vna.sys. From now on i am waiting and testing my machine. I will see whether i get bluescreen or not.
