    Okay thank you for your time! Also another issue is that I find my laptop hanging at times especially when I go to my Downloads folder...it sometimes hangs for a few moments..and I don't know why. maybe there's a virus file in my downloads folder? but windows defender doesn't detect anythig?

    I updated my windows 7 into windows 8 then I installed some drivers from the cd but I think some were not compatible with windows 8? How do I check for the missing drivers and how do I download them? I also noticed that my pc got slower instead of faster and the usb file moviing is much slower...

    Also I am experiencing slower start up when turning on my laptop. My win8 msi laptop used to open in just a matter of seconds but now it takes 1 minute or two to load. TYIA guys.
