This is unreal. I tried to scan my main C drive (OCZ Vertex 4 256GB) and at 12% I keep getting this same BSOD. Is this my SSD going bad or just a corrupt file?

I walk away from my computer for a bit and come back to a BSOD. This happens quite regular. I have run my system both stock and highly overclocked. When it started BSODing on me I put it back to stock to see if that helped but it has not helped. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
