ok, solved it. windows firewall service was disabled, after activating it problem solved. also solved a problem that new apps could not be installed.

since a week ago i can't open any hyperlink on my windows 8.1 mail app. i connected my google account to it, everything worked fine before. i fount a possible solution to delete CLSID folder from registry but that didn't do the trick. any other suggestions?:huh:
