As you did, I also got BOOTMGR is missing, Press Ctrl +Alt + Del to restart. I had done this and goes back to same screen, I have checked the BIOS and reloaded the defaults, and it still bring me to this same error. To fix the problem, I finally opted Windows Boot Genius via cnet to login pc again!
