Guys, so you think next I should try to get secure boot off somehow and boot one of the CDs? My only other option here seems to send the laptop back to toshiba after somehow backing up my files.. I'm thinking to remove the HDD and use a HDD reader with another laptop? Any further suggestions...

Thanks for all the details!! I burned the Hirens boot CD and put it in but it says "system doesnt have any cd/dvd boot option. Please select other boot option in Boot Manager Menu" (ive already gone in bios and done that) What can I do now? :(
