Hey team, This probably has been posted before lol. But, how on earth do you get the scrolling to work on this laptop? if it has the scrolling capability?

I have a client who two all in one's (one is a pavillion 20 and the other being a compaq la2206x) now they want to make them dual monitored.. with one connection being hdmi/dvi the other being standard usb. How do i go about doing this?
