Hi Vadim, Thanks for the quick response. I did a clean install - or rather I ditched my old PC and bought a new Dell XPS as I needed more of everything - disk space, memory etc. so there is no windows.old. I'll try and get a screen shot but the mail came into a folder called "Inbox replied"...

Hi Vadim, I got an odd result. It "found" approximately 15 old emails going back 3 or 4 years but nothing else Any other suggestions? Pete
