So I ended up inheriting a Windows 7 64-bit computer, and unfortunately I can't install any files without the administrator password. I burned a system repair disk from another Windows 7 64-bit computer, and when I put it in nothing happens. Is there some key to running it that I'm missing?

Yes, I've tried looking in Plugins and trashing them. As mentioned above, I use Chrome

Ran Malware bytes as reccomended, and then scanned again just to make sure it was gone, but the extra tabs still pop up when I open chrome. Should I reinstall?

VAF music and Entrusted were the ones I wanted to remove. Trying Malwarebytes right now. EDIT: Tried disabling them under Chrome extensions, didn't work. It seems that most of the malware is accumulated in Appdata --> Local --> Temp. Can I just delete this folder, or is that a bad idea?
