Stranger still, I don't have a clock on my charms bar!

Anyone know how to put a clock on the start screen? Either as a metro tile of a part of the wallpaper. Seems strange to have to go to the desktop or lock the computer to see what time it is! :shock:

Loaded up W8CP on my old laptop to see if I would like it. I think its growing on me but I've encountered something I didn't expect. If I hibernate, it takes around 2 minutes to start up from the time I push the power button. If I actually shut down, the start up is probably less than 30...
