i search the net for solution, they told me to look for msiexec.exe and idriver in task manager and end it, but i couldn't find it. another solution is to locate installshield under the program files and change the name to installshield1, same thing, i cant find any. ):

I need help. when i wanna install my aoe3 erroe 1628 pop out. i tried to find msiexec.exe or idriver.exe in the task manager under the process tab, i couldn't find either msiexec.exe or idriver.exe.
