I just noticed this and I'm not sure why dxdiag keeps crashing at the end. Clean install drivers by nvidia(stable and beta) doesn't seem to fix it. updated windows and even reapplied the update that specifically copies a fres ntdll.dll. I'm stumped at this point. Any ideas...
