Thanks Theog. Edwin, 8.0 does not know about 8.1 as they are on separate drives.

I have installed Blue 8.1 on a separate drive in my system along side 8.0. When I restart the 8.0 boots unless I manually select the 8.1 drive in bios. How can I alter the Boot menu to add the option to boot from either OS?

Event Viewer is there to let scammers phone you up and scare you into paying money. But seriously have you noticed anything wrong? What have you installed recently try uninstalling them.

I used the early public beta and found it unusable as desktop OS but having upgraded to 8 I find it tolerable (Added classic start menu. :o). Two or more monitors really help with switching between Start screen and desktop.

Apple isn't killing the windows desktop but Microsoft is with this abomination.
