    Factory Reset Win 8 without Disc

    I upped from 7 to 8 via OTA download. Set up, set up passord(admin), etc. and decided I didn't like and want to do a Factory reset so I can sell. I did the microsoft $39.95 special, and hve no disc. Can I factory reset, and how please. Many thanks, Bob
