So, I was wrong. My music doesn't STOP playing, the volume only lowers dramatically. It is so low, I thought the audio had cut off. As far as I can tell, there are no settings to set this volume.

Meh, I've just installed foobar for the time being. So far this is my only issue with Win 8, so not a huge deal.

Seems a bit silly, but (using the default xbox music app) I can't have music playing in the background. I want to be able to hear my music as I do other things (on the desktop in particular), but as soon as I switch to a different app, my music cuts off. What gives? I'm pretty sure this is just...
