Hi, I need some help with this problem because even the HP support weren't able to help me. My problem is with my USB 3.0 ports. I have an USB 2.0 Hard Drive, and some times, when I disconect it, Windows just crashes. No error message (no BSOD and that kind of error) and nothing after booting up...
