Slow loading folders in Windows Explorer

I have that update installed(KB2962409), but it is still loading slowly. This never happened on Win7 or XP, I have had this issue ever since I changed to Win8, I don't understand why they totally ruined their file explorer. When I click on a folder, I should not be waiting for anything.

DT Lite is still installed, so far no bsod anymore, but since this happened very sporadically, I can't say for sure if it is fixed. WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR hal.dll+37203 ntoskrnl.dll+1c0825

Oh, I thought it only wanted 15% free on the system drive, I see. Nothing I can do about it now, but I will keep that in mind. Ah yes, the Logitech driver for my keyboard was a little outdated, however for that Virtual HID device, which is my wireless headset, has no drivers, and there is no...

I have read all the other related topics, yet they all involve asus drivers, which I don't have, or kaspersky files, which I don't use. Well, I have been looking around for something about this, but strangely, the only people talking about this want to turn it off... My problem is that I never ever seen my Win8 reboot himself, yet I have set my system up that he checks for updates at a time I am not on my computer and has...

Clean Install with Windows 8 Upgrade

I have another question about this, I got my backup discs in the mail and it included a 32 and 64 version, so I would like to install the 64 version, seeing as I have 4GB of memory. However I naturally can't run the 64bit setup.exe file from the dvd. So how would I go about installing a clean...
