I think I got it. In the services, I disabled, "Network Routing" Everything seems to be working now.

UpdATE Went through all the suggestions. Nothing has helped so far. There must be something installed that I can't find that is causing the problem.

Update I went through your guide (great job, btw) but I still have the problem. Eset found the most crap and I removed what it found. I still can't get it to stay on "Automatically detect settings..."

Something keeps changing my proxy settings. Every time I change it to "Automatically detect settings", something is changing it to "Use a proxy server for your LAN..." I have ran several virus and adware scanners and found nothing. Any help appreciated.

Solved- Sort Of I had to do a Windows 8 refresh. It's seems to be working now, I just have to reinstall everything.:cry::cry: Thanks you everyone for your input.

Update I have just been using my computer for the last 3 or 4 hours and it's been running fine. I went to the bathroom and came back a couple minutes later and I had the BSOD IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal. :cry:
