Stratup programs (TiWorker.exe) is causing widows to start slowly

i just got windows 8 pro w/ media center installed in my 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor, my problem is my computer occasionally stop with white screen and I have no option but to unplugged it and restart. I also got this info that startup programs (TiWorker.exe) is causing windows to start slowly... Please help.

TiWorker.exe is Windows Modules Installer Worker

It is found in the following 2 locations of Windows 8

C:\Windows\WinSxS\x86_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_6.2.9200.16384_none_060a6d2998b13f25

C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_6.2.9200.16384_none_622908ad510eb05b

I did not find it in Win7

This is appears to be part of Windows updates. It is not running on my system,
I checked using Process Explorer v15.22

So, this process should not be running all the time as best I can tell.
If it is, then a. it may be infected or b. there may be an issue with windows updates

Try running windows updates and install any updates listed. See if you get any errors.

Thanks! the TiWorker.exe problem was resolved by update but still i got random system crashes. Is there anything i can do to solve it?
