Bootup Problem: Black Screen

After Starting up my laptop the logo comes up and after sometime it goes black screen. I've tried refeshing my laptop but it gets stuck in 70% and displays that "There was a problem refreshing your PC. Nothing has been change" (or something like that). Please Help me.Thank you.

Something caused this.. what did you change before you noticed it?

I mean I'm sure you didnt' just buy a computer from a store.. take it home and turn it on and then it doesn't start up right? I guess that could happen with the quality of things today but typically it doesn't..

So to recap, something got changed either hardware or software and now it doesn't boot yes??



so you need to give more information of what you did before this happened.. which may answer itself on why this is happening...
