I don't know if I'm even close, but I just give it a go.

It looks like a variant of the 0x11(THREAD_NOT_MUTEX_OWNER)
BSOD Index
Code:
Session "" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000011
A mutex is a programming concept that is frequently used to solve multi-threading problems
So, a system thread is illegal using a concept to solve a problem regarding a multi-threading issue.

Again, I have no idea if I'm even close..

To Steve C:

This error occurs when I shut down the notebook. It started several weeks ago. It may have started with an update of the fingerprint reader. The latter I don't use anymore to avoid another kernel logging error. An older third error "circular kernel context logger stopped" disappeared by itself. I have looked at suggestions for kernel logging errors for weeks without finding a useful one. It seems that kernel logging is for developers, and the above errors are not that serious for the usage of my notebook. Perhaps these errors should be downgraded to warnings.
