When I rollover a shortcut icon pinned to the taskbar, a box pops up showing the name of the application or folder linked to that icon. But it comes up so slowly as to be useless. Is there a way to speed these up?
If you have the folder or application open and roll over it, the thumbnail comes up quickly. But if the application or folder is not open, then the popup box comes up slowly.
On the lower right side of the screen, in the notifications area, those popups come up quickly when you roll over them.
