dead pixels on screen

hello im having an issue i have seen dead pixels on my screen can u help me in fixing that

Typically dead pixels are a defect in the screen itself. I dont know of any other way to fix that issue than replacing the screen itself.

i have heared that there is programs to fix but if u can help me

Sometimes stuck pixels can be unstuck using a utility that rapidly turns the pixel(s) off/on and also switches the color of the affected area. There are quite a few and a search for "pixel repair utility" will give some results.
