Specs: Asus Q501LA Laptop
Windows 10 (upgraded from Windows 8.1, and I've had this error back in Windows 8) 64 bit (10.0, Build 10240)
Intel Core i5-4200 U CPU @ 1.6Ghz, ~2.3Ghz
6GB Ram

Basically, when I put my computer into sleep mode, it sometimes doesn't turn back on normally. It used to have a crash as soon as I take it out of sleep mode, where the computer would instantly shut off once I opened the lid. After turning off "Fast Startup" from the Power Options, I thought it would fix the problem, and the Kernel-Power error, but it still persists.

I've tried a lot of things to fix this error and research this issue, but haven't gotten it fixed.

Here's the Event Viewer log for the Kernel-Power error

I recently disabled Windows automatic Updates, Unchecked "Turn on fast startup" from the Power Options, disabled Hibernate in cmd and regedit.
The Kernel-Power error is preceded by two FilterManager events right before the crash:

File System Filter 'npsvctrig' (10.0, ‎2015‎-‎07‎-‎09T23:14:31.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.
File System Filter 'FileCrypt' (10.0, ‎2015‎-‎07‎-‎09T23:14:31.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.

I'm desperate for a solution to this issue. I just want to put my computer in sleep mode and bring it around. I go from class to class and it takes so long to get everything back opened when there's this random restarting while in sleep mode.
Hope someone can help me, or point me to other solutions (though I've tried a ton).

Thank you
