Laptop with major problem.

Hi,

I have checked any forums around this website and other site. Now there nothing to help me. Whatever, our laptop have major problem so a little bits.


For a reasons;

- My laptop was going to restarting or shutting down but still too much longer than an hour or more. There's won't be turn off or restart from the laptop system yet and still problem so still problem. When I purchase the new laptop in March 2015 near end of the month that just normally all working for shut down and restart less than 30 seconds or less.
- I trying to open the Windows Updates but won't be load or anything that still freeze up for loading then Windows Updates.
- I trying to open the Control Panel but still freeze is same from the above like Windows Updates.
- I trying to restore to default factory for computer but not working for restarting that same in the above like restarting or shutting down.
- Any requires after installed, clean virus or anything that needed to restart the computer or laptop but still freeze in restarting screen but still animated with spinning and not successfully the restarted yet. I just pressed press to force shut-down the laptop then again turn on that not cleaned or any like safe-mode but still running as normal mode.


The above is much problem with my laptop that I don't think that problem with virus is hidden from the system or folder any where. After cleaned then need restarting but won't be working when after cleaned by Anti-Virus or Anti-Malware like malwarebytes, etc. Won't be removed or anything force-delete files unless the restart is successfully only.

Now, I am helpful. If you not understand that I said from the above, that sorry because I'm not good english but I was real language native as English where in Canada.

Welcome BrendanWh,

Have you tried the Refresh My PC option In Windows 8.1? As well There is Another option in the Same settings area of
trying to enter the system into Safe Mode W/ Networking, This is also something to get the system to complete a restart.
Furthermore The laptop battery may be bad and a removal of the Battery and then Placing the battery back in Place and
then trying to restart.
