I recently installed a driver for my PS3 controller to run on my iPhone. This screwed it up from running on my computer, so thankfully I'd made a system restore point. Though this restore point doesn't seem to work. It keeps giving me the error 0x80070005 and says something about not being able to reach a file and that I should uninstall any anti-virus software. The problem is, I don't have any anti-virus software. I tried running the chkdsk command (and waited 5 hours for it to finish) but nothing came out if it. I tried restoring to other points as well but that doesn't seem to work either.
Any help is very very appreciated. thank you.
P.S. I've used system restore before and it's worked intermittently, sometimes being useful and other times being annoying and giving me errors. The last time I've used it (about a month ago) worked.
Edit: Oh yeah, and I've tried running system restore from the advanced startup menu thing (though not from safemode, but that shouldn't make a difference) and it still did not work.
Edit 2: Running DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth doesn't seem to work and gives me an error
Currently trying to fix it, could this be the problem?
Edit 3: I can't seem to get DISM /restorehealth working. I've looked for hours for things people tried to get it to work, I'm still getting that same error. Any suggestion would be very helpful!
Edit 4: I've uploaded the DISM log and gave a screenshot.
