Hard Drive Sometimes At 100%, Mostly with Elsword (A MMO)

Hello. My Windows 8.1 laptop has been running slow since about the end of August 2014. No one will help with my issue. I have done a virus scan multiple times, ran a sfc scan, disabled superfetch+windows search. When it's idle, it's fine. But, when I run a game called Elsword, that disk usage will rise to 100% so quick. I've also ran the Performance Monitor. Mostly, the System and the svchosts are at the top, writing and/or reading constant, freezing my computer up.

I know I can run this game, it had used to before.

Common reasons would be too many startup programs that continue to run after bootup, other running processes, misconfigured system settings that require adjusting, heavy file fragmentation to the hard drive, Low Ram, low HDD space, virus or malware and outdated system and hardware drivers. Not much system specs listed here to go by. Game you mentioned is back from 2007 does not require a lot to run.
