DISM Can't Download Files

DISM Unable to Download Files SFC finds corrupted files. But, when In run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth it tells me:

Error 0x8x00f0906

"Source files could not be downloaded..."
And instructs me to use the "Source" option...
I have no idea where these files are so I can't use the "Source" option.

My question here is, why DISM able to download and replace corrupted files before when it needed to.
I run sfc/scannow once or twice a week. maybe 1 out of 5 times it finds corrupted files.
Each time I ran DISM, except for yesterday, it downloaded and fixed the corrupted files.
Why can't it find or download the files this time. If it gets these files online they should always be there?

I was having SFC and DISM errors.
I restored a backup image and that fixed my problems.
I haven't installed most of the recent Optional updates, i believe one or more of the updates causes the problems.

Since i restored i found this article about issues with KB3022345 causing problems.
I haven't reinstalled this update and tried the SFCfix in the article.

I restored a clean image I created with third party software.
I'll avoid installing any otional updates.
I'll look into Windows Update Fix.
