i lost my touch screen

hello,
my touch screen was already in my laptop after i bought it, but i just realized i lost it a few days ago when it was not found at the toolbar. Do you know the reason of that?
now i got it back by following your instructions, but after shutting down and turning on my laptop, it is also not found at the toolbar.
how to solve it? thank you
