Hi,
I have the checkbox checked in action center to have my computer automatically wake up at 2 am for routine maintenance task. This hasn't been happening. I took a look in task scheduler and see a message saying that this task was prevented by the administrator. Well, it's my PC and I'm the only one that uses it. If I look at the options in task scheduler there is an unchecked box to "wake PC from sleep" which is grey and permanency unchecked. This doesn't make sense to me, as I made sure that it was checked in actioncenter.
A few weeks ago I was having an issue with the computer not automatically going to sleep after a preset time and found a fix online telling me how to disable via a system override powercfg command. Could this have something to do with it?
