I use CCleaner along with Wise Care 365 - it has all a user might need, including HDD defragmenter.

Rather then disc cleanup, I prefer mentioned tools and this command:

It has been proven multiple times, even in this forum, that leftovers can cause serious issues, like preventing you from installing a new software like NET Framework, upgrading software/drivers or even BSODs, just because of one tiny registry entry.
