Solved Horrible performance lately

now the windows loading bar stops for about 5 sec then continue
it took 120 sec to boot
5 sec to open a folder . 10 sec to open an exe file or song
tried all solutions as CMOS and resetting now what? sorry for long story

I have had things like this happen before. Now the bad news was for me, new motherboard.

Something is not assembled right there, should not be able to move CPU heat-sink at all, might be it's overheating.
Do memory checks.
Check all the cables
Check HDD
Check drivers.
Defrag HDD
"Kill" all unneeded startup programs.
Two minutes to BOOT is not too bad for that machine but opening programs and files points to HDD errors or extreme fragmentation.

Defrag and optimize HDD anyway, just to get that out of equation.
Try to boot and use computer with internet disabled.
If it's running better with case opened "smells" like overheating, probably CPU, can you re seat it with new paste and make sure cooler is tight on it ?
