Is it possible to back up the system restore file/folder to an
external hard drive ? If it's possible, where is the file/folder
located ?

Hmm, trry to read black writing on a brown background when you have only 40% vision. And is there any narration - at least I did not hear any.

No sounds.
My voice sounds funny when recorded. :(

Did you watch it full screen ?

Sorry David, but with this kind of background I cannot ID anything - even not full screen on my 22" monitor. With a severe Macula degeneration you need a LOT of contrast.

And here is the sound I hear:

Sorry about your eyes. :(

I have poor vision but can see it well enough.

The first part is about formatting your USB as NTFS.
The rest shows what to click on using Macrium to make an image.

I use AOMEI for backing up and have found it very good.

It is also very fast. Saved me a few times.
