The problem is, when i choose the option "show a message", i can't complete the wizard to add a new task i get a fault message.
Afther the option "show a message" their stay the following word :"deprecated"

Hi Sandeerius, welcome to the Eight Forums.

For reasons unknown to me, Microsoft has removed the email and message options from Task Scheduler Actions in Windows 8.1, that's what "deprecated" means. However, you can still use the "Start a program" option to execute the msg command (message) to send scheduled messages.

In New Action, select Start a program, type the command msg to Program / Script field and * Your message here (an asterisk (*) symbol followed by a space followed by your message) to Add arguments field:

When the task is run it now executes the command msg * Your message here, showing the message on screen:

That's it!
