Windows 8.1 Automatically manage paging vs. system managed

Is there any difference between these two settings, i feel like my computer is way faster with the second setting. THX

They are the same - your D: drive doesn't need or use a page file.

Your settings are good and you are probably imagining any difference :)

The end result is the same. It appears that you have 4 GB RAM of which about 3.3 GB is accessible. With that size RAM it is doubtful that anything done with the pagefile would seriously impact performance. No pagefile or one that was too small could be a problem.

Your configuration is as close to optimum as to make no difference.
