Solved how to remove entry's in win 8.1 power plan

Hi so is there any way to remove old not needed advanced entries in the windows 8.1 power plan settings. here is a picture of what i'm talking about. highlighted in red is what i don't need anymore any way to remove it?.

Hey Tony,

The "AlienFX" power option in your screenshot is one added by the OEM for your Dell Alienware.

If you can export and upload your registry key below, I'll be happy to take a look at it to see which entry may be for this, and create a .reg file that'll remove it for you. :)

Ok. I think I found it. After you merge the .reg file below, open your Power Options to see if it's gone afterwards. :)

Perfect. If you ever want to restore it, edit the .reg file, and change the "Attribute" DWORD value to 2 instead of 1 at the end. :)

nope its gone and thank god i'm getting a new keyboard as there software kept freaking out not sure if you seen my other post with all the errors in event viewer but i read threw them and found that it was calling to the old light board, that use to be in the old case, and could not find it and just exited causing errors. so i got me a new keyboard coming that will not need there light software as thats all that was for on my computer it really controlled nothing, it hooked into there for there way to control the power stuff, but i never used that i always used the windows version thanks brink for helping me.
