From what I am reading you must run a Sony notebook/ultrabook of some kind. As far as I am seeing these help to monitor the efficiency of your energy being used on your pc. I don't believe it would be anything vital unless of course you are in a professional environment.

First, why do you want to disable them? Are they causing problems?
I'm not 100% sure but probably ok to disable them. Seems to be logging and energy saving software Sony has included in their standard system setup.
I have Intel CPU and chipset but don't have that stuff.
Create a restore point then give disabling them a try if you want.
Can't find much info on them or if people have disabled/removed them. It is a power saving suite for Intel so don't know what effect disabling will have on your battery usage.
Did find this article about it: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/ultrabook-and-the-intel-energy-checker-sdk
