Windows Hardware Optimization Failure

I was attempting to optimize Windows to work a bit better with my hardware, I'm not how much it actually helps, but i go into CMD as Admin and enter sfc /scannow

It's actually run correctly on my other systems, but this time it had an error. The error said "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them." and it gave me the logs to where it failed.
Can someone please explain what is corrupt and how I can go about fixing it?

Thank you for your time!
