did you notice eset smart security 7 slow down application

did you notice that smart security 7 64bit slow down application loading like photoshop premiere , or audition

i know the av slow down ,but on the same machine i tried w7 and eset and it doesn't slow down

under w8.1 there is a lag when i load a program
