Hey David, was wondering, does running a scan with anti virus on C:\ and the command promt makes the dism command progress slower? Currently at 20%.

Let it run.
It always hangs on 20% for a long time.

Ah, okay, I'll get back to you once the scan is done.
Is there anything I should do after the sfc/ scannow? Of course, once the dism command is done... :)

Dism fixes the store that sfc uses to fix things.
The next sfc scan should find no corruptions.
That's it.
