Sound is Distorted and Computer Running Slower Than Usual

Hi everyone,
Lately my computer has been distorting sounds and been going slower than it used to. When I restart the computer, the amount of distortions/small sizzling sounds is at a minimum, but it increases as I continue to use the computer. I googled how to fix this and one of the suggestions was to run a system file checker. The result of the scan was that I have some corrupted files that the computer could not remove. I also go a sfcdetails.txt file that showed all the information in the scan. I was wondering if someone could look at this and tell me how to find the corrupted files/what I should do to remove the files. I have attached the sfcdetails.txt file and a screen shot of the SFC results right from the command prompt.

I did what you suggested and it seemed to have gotten rid of the corrupted files or at least fixed them, however, the problem still remains. Thank you for your response though.

Temporarily uninstall Kaspersky reboot and see if any improvement, you could reinstall Kaspersky latter if you wish. I see by your specs you are running Windows 8, is this Pro or Standard, you may consider updating to Windows 8.1.
