I restarted the comp and this auto repair screen popped up and it freezes and just same thing over and over. the bottom of the screen is cut off and the only other window i can get into is the bios setup utility window. Try reseating your RAM and video card. This happened to me and I thought the hard drive was bad and I spent hours trying to replace and reinstall software/hard drives to have it continuously restart to the automatic repair loop. I removed the bad RAM from my system and it rebooted and acted like nothing had ever been wrong. That is where I would start.

Reseat the RAM - reboot
If auto loop starts up then
Reseat the Video card - reboot
If auto loop starts up then
If you have 4 sticks of RAM, REMOVE two (I would check the RAM sticks and use a matched pair by brand) - reboot
If you auto loop starts up, remove the remaining RAM and then reinstall the two you removed from above - reboot

Hopefully, one of the above will help you out. Let us know how it goes.
